Jennifer brings a wealth of experience, energy and personality to The Chase Law Firm. During her career, she has been a criminal defense attorney, a civil litigator and a staff attorney at the Florida Supreme Court. She has worked at small firms and large, has represented indigents as well as multi-million dollar corporations.
Jennifer began her career at one of Cleveland's best white-collar criminal defense firms where she represented indigent criminal defendants and delinquent children. After moving to Tallahassee in 1997, she joined one of Florida's oldest and most prestigious firms, leaving behind her criminal defense career to become a civil litigator, representing large and small business owners, property developers, and homeowners' associations.
In 2000, Jennifer joined the staff of Justice Peggy Quince at the Florida Supreme Court where she reviewed cases, wrote bench briefs, drafted legal opinions and honed her appellate practice skills. Jennifer left the Court in 2005 and returned to her former law firm and civil litigation practice where she worked with her clients on foreclosures and workouts and continued to represent small businesses and homeowners' associations.
In 2010, Jennifer joined The Chase Law Firm as senior attorney in the firm's commercial litigation practice. She still works with developers and property owners, small business and associations, and maintains her real estate litigation practice.
